HWK Support Suite

HWK Support Suite is the official PC companion from SarasSoft for the UFS/HWK platform used in professional mobile phone servicing. It streamlines the installation, configuration, and maintenance of your UFS interface and HWK module by providing verified drivers, module updates, and direct access to the SarasSoft support area. The suite detects connected boxes, validates activation, updates firmware and application modules, and serves as a launchpad for brand-specific servicing tools.

Designed for repair shops and service centers, HWK Support Suite helps technicians download the appropriate flash packages and documentation for supported devices, manage licenses, and keep their toolset current—reducing setup time and minimizing errors. It runs on Windows and includes conveniences such as automatic update checks, logging, and basic diagnostics. An original HWK-enabled UFS box and an active SarasSoft support account are required to use the software and access official downloads.

HWK Support Suite is developed by SarasSoft and is used by 85 users of Software Informer. The names of program executable files are hwk.exe, King2008.exe, SAMs.exe and UpdateClient.exe. This particular product is not fit to be reviewed by our informers.
